Andrew P. Robinson

Seyed Mohammad Moein Sadeghi
Dr. Seyed Mohammad Moein Sadeghi is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Ecohydrology Lab, under the supervision of Prof. Matthew J. Cohen. His research interests include precipitation partitioning (throughfall, stemflow, interception), reference evapotranspiration, and the impacts of silvicultural treatments and forestry management practices on hydrological and biogeochemical cycles at various scales (from stand to global scales). He has experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Transilvania University of Brasov (Romania) from 2021-2022 and Visiting Researcher at the TU Delft (Netherlands) from 2017-2018. Dr. Sadeghi received his Ph.D. (Forest Hydrology) from the University of Tehran (Iran) in 2018, where he modeled rainfall partitioning in typical plantation stands in a semiarid climate zone.
Maria J. Sanz
Professor Sanz is the Scientific Director of the Basque Centre of Climate Change. Her own research agenda focuses on effective land use decisions, the optimal allocation of land resources for sustainable and efficient development.
She was at the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization as the UNREDD Programme Coordinator (2012-2016), Director of the International Institute for Climate Change (I2C2, 2011-2012) and a Senior Officer at the United Nations Framework Convention for Climate Change (UNFCCC) supporting Land Use, land Use Change and Forestry, Agriculture and REDD+ negotiations up to 2007-2011.
Before 2007, she was Director of the Air Pollution Effects and Atmospheric Chemistry Programmes at the Center for Environmental Studies of the Mediterranean, and adviser to the Spanish Minister of Environment. She was a Lead Author of Fourth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change, and Lead Author of the IPCC Methodological Guidance documents since 2003.
She holds a PhD in Biology by the University of Valencia, and worked extensively in Air Pollution, Carbon Cycles and Climate Change feed-backs in the Mediterranean Regions after she ended her post-Doctoral studies at the Arizona State University.

I am an Ecology professor and researcher at the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM) and an associate researcher at the National Institute for Amazonia Research (INPA) in Manaus, Brazil.
Tanvir Shahzad
Dr. Tanvir Shahzad is an Associate Professor at the Government College University, Faisalabad. He is an environmental scientist with a PhD in Agronomy, Ecology, Biogeochemistry from AgroParisTech.
Dr. Shahzad's research focuses on the intersections of soil biology, soil ecology, and use and assessment of nanomaterials for the benefit and sustainability of soils, more specifically, he is currently working on making Pakistan's soils sustainable.

Katharine L Stuble
Plant Biologist at The Holden Arboretum. Research focuses on the ecological impacts of global climate change and species invasions.
Our lab researches the basic mechanisms underlying the maintenance of diversity within communities, as well as how global change may alter these communities and the services they provide. We focus on two main drivers of global change: climatic warming and species invasions with a particular focus on how global change is altering interspecific interactions ranging from competition to mutualisms.
Armando Sunny
Dr. Armando Sunny is a Researcher and Professor within the Applied Biological Sciences Research Center, Science Faculty at the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEM).
He is interested to know how certain features of the landscape affect the genetic diversity and structure of species in anthropized environments, for this he performs analysis of landscape genetics, population genetics, niche modeling, SIG, landscape connectivity and global change analysis, especially in amphibians and reptiles.
