2020 PeerJ Award Winners
The global COVID-19 pandemic saw the cancellation or postponement of a great number of academic meetings throughout 2020. Despite some choosing to switch to a fully virtual conference experience, this unfortunately reduced the number of awards PeerJ could give out this year. However, we did manage to reward a few early career academics – with research interests ranging from evolutionary biology to robotics – with free publications in PeerJ journals!
