PeerJ Author

Summary

I am interested in understanding evolutionary processes, developing tools that can identify such processes or can improve the comparative analysis of genomes.
My PhD project focused on the evolution of the mitochondrial genome in Fusarium. I worked with selective genome assembly, which led to the development of the wrapper program GRAbB.
