Non-coding RNAs associated with metabolic syndrome

ncRNA2MetS currently contains 1,068 entries of associations between 627 ncRNAs (543 miRNAs and 84 lncRNAs) and 5 metabolic syndrome traits (abdominal obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidaemia and hypolipoproteinaemia) in 4 species (human, mouse, rat and pig).
