Summary
I am a postdoctoral researcher based at the National History Museum of Denmark. I am an experienced microbial ecologist, having spent my PhD years focusing on the factors regulating rhizosphere fungal communities. More recently my focus has been on understanding how microbial communities influence their host, such as how plant-associated microbes influence secondary metabolites or how disturbances in human skin microbiomes influence the severity of eczema in humans.
