Summary

My projects are relevant to improving or changing the characteristic of enzymes for thermal, solvent and pH stabilities using protein engineering approaches to overcome the limitation of biocatalysts. This includes downsizing of macromolecule to functional miniature protein. Therefore, in silica molecular dynamics simulations are also undertaken to understand the behaviours of proteins under particular environments to give insights into protein tailoring in the future.
