Investigating the mechanisms of diversification in bacteria in chronic lung infections in Cystic fibrosis (CF) patients. Through understanding these mechanisms, we can study its effects on disease manifestations and development of resistance to CF treatments. This change in bacterial populations will be studies using next generation sequencing and genomics based approaches.
