Summary

My research focuses mainly on population genetics and molecular evolution of plant virus. Currently, I’m working on the population genetics of Potato virus Y (PVY), investigating the genetic diversity of PVY and the evolutionary forces responsible for this diversity. Particularly, I have a long standing interest in molecular phylogenetics, including phylogenetic methods, phylogenomics and molecular clock calibration technology
