DNA Deposition

The following information was supplied regarding the deposition of DNA sequences:

The sequence corresponding to the L. giganteum cox1 gene is available publicly in the GenBank/EMBL/ DDBJ databases under the accession number MN099105.

Similarly, plant barcodes generated in this study were deposited under the accession numbers MN099106-MN099113, while oomycete cox1 barcodes produced using the gene cloning/Sanger sequencing strategies are accessible with the accession numbers MN099114-MN099125.

The sequences reads corresponding to cox1 barcodes generated using high-throughput sequencing (PacBio) technologies are available in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SAR) data under accession numbers SRX6359420, SRX6359421, SRX6359422, SRX6359423 (plants P1-P4, respectively) as part of Bioproject PRJNA550619
