Summary

I studied a Master´s degree in Microbiology, after my BS in Biotechnological Process Engeneering at Universidad San Francisco de Quito.

At the present time I work in Corporación Favorita C.A., which is the leading supermarket chain in our country (Ecuador). Working here has allowed me to extend my knowledge in food safety, particularly in quality control and quality assurance developed by the GMP certification of meat, poultry and ice processing plants.

I am a person with great written and verbal communication skills. I am fully qualified to read, write and review protocols, analysis and audit reports; as these are part of the main tasks of being the QA Laboratory Head Chief.
