A peer-reviewed article of this Preprint also exists.
This is a bit of a hobby-horse of mine, but ...
Can you please revise the abstract so that it says what you discovered? "Results indicate that there was a significant relationship between the tone and compassion of messages generated by CSOs, the CSOs’ perceptions of TSO motivation, and their expectation of a grateful or annoyed reaction by the TSO to their feedback or support." That tells me little. Is it more or less helpful to send more compassionate messages? How strong is the correlation? How significant is it? The goal is that the abstract should be a summary of your paper rather than advertisement for it. Someone who reads only the abstract should be able to go away know what you've discovered.
Thanks for listening; sorry to be so didactic.
