RNA-seq data reveals potential new biomarkers of breast cancer
For the first time, using RNA-seq, the transcriptomes of exosomes secreted by human breast cancer cells have been examined. The data could form the basis for detection of tumor specific markers. Moreover, the data is openly available for reuse. This paper is also part of the InCoB collection.
