Summary

Prof. Shahid Mumtaz received his M.Sc. degree from Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden, and his Ph.D. from the University of Aveiro, Portugal. He is currently a full Professor at Silesian University of Technology and Nottingham Trent University. His research interests include MIMO techniques, multihop relaying communication, cooperative techniques, cognitive radios, game theory, internet of things, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, computational complexity, deep learning, and energy-efficient frameworks for 5G. He has authored a lot of conference papers, journals, and books. He is an IEEE Senior Member and IET Fellow.
