Dr. Shudong He received Bachelor’s degree in Food Quality & Safety from Qingdao Agricultural University, China and Master’s in Food Science in Northeast Agricultural University, China. He worked in Department of Food Science and Agricultural Chemistry, McGill University, as a jointly doctoral student for one year supported by China Scholarship Council (CSC). After obtaining doctor degree in Engineering from school of food science and engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China, Dr. Shudong He joined School of Food Science and Engineering, Hefei University of Technology, China, as a lecturer. Now, Dr. Shudong He is responsible for teaching Food Processing and Food Analysis. His research program involves the functional food protein and peptide as well as the cereal food and animal food processing. Dr. Shudong He has authored/co-authored more than 40 journal articles in both English and Chinese, and he has been serving as reviewer for many leading journals.
