Summary

I am a broadly trained biologist, and my primary interests are in the application of genetics and genomics approaches to questions in population biology, animal and human health. A major thread of my research has been on adopting population genetics approaches to a diversity of organisms. More recent work has focused on using functional and comparative genomics approaches to query the relationships between complex traits and phenotypes and the genetic and functional basis.
