Researches in my lab include the development of novel and rapid microbial detection methods, studying mechanisms of bacterial antimicrobial resistance and bacterial pathogenesis, as well as development of novel intervention measures to enhance food safety and combat antimicrobial resistance. I teach Microbial Biotechnology and Food Biotechnology.
