Finished my doctoral thesis titled as "Effect Of Some Microbiological Metabolites On Specific Spoilage Microorganisms In Gilthead Sea Bream (Sparus aurata), And Their Usage Potential In Cold Storage" in 2020. My studies focus on important microorganisms in food technology.
