Summary

I am a postdoctoral fellow in genomics and bioinformatics at Penn State. I graduated from LSU under the guidance of Michael Hellberg. I am an evolutionary ecologist interested on how populations adapt to various environments. I study variation within populations using demographic data and genomics to understand the ecology and evolution of marine diversity. I am currently working on the genomics of coral adaptation to depth.
