I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Center for Communicable Disease Dynamics at Harvard Chan School, Department of Epidemiology, working with Drs. Bill Hanage and Michael Baym on rapid detection of antibiotic resistance from Next-Generation Sequencing data. I am also interested in bioinformatics, theoretical computer science, and tactile cartography.
