I am now a practicising conservation scientist with experience in the following activities: large carnivore monitoring, wildlife law enforcement and policy improvment, land use planning (using GIS and remote sensing), human-wildlife conflict mitigation, indigenous and Islamic community outreach, protected area management, forest and limestone quarry restoration, Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation (REDD), road impact mitigation, sustainable forest management and wildlife corridor identification.
