Summary

My primary goal is to earn a doctoral degree in microbiology and immunology. I wish to investigate Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) pathogenesis on a molecular level, subsequently discovering targets that can possibly decrease infectivity and susceptibility in the human host. After completing graduate studies, becoming a university professor or scientist for a research and development company will be my next goal.
