Summary

I was with Sungkyunkwan University from 2014 to 2015 as a research professor. I joined HCMUT in Sep. 2015 as lecturer and research professor. My research topics involve computer vision, image processing, machine learning, speech processing, and real-time systems. I have considerable experience working with the deep-sensing camera (Kinect) and stereo system in 3D recognition projects. With a strong background in Machine Learning, my research lab is currently working on various Machine Vision problems and NLP solutions, including speech processing. We involve in many projects, from the chatbot, Q&A, object detection and recognition (2D/3D), depth sensing, image processing, speech synthesis, etc.

During the research, I engaged in various projects of companies and government: Samsung, Hyundai, BK21, ITRC, TIS, AISIN.
