Positive emotion influences a depressive-to-happy state and increases life satisfaction
A new peer-reviewed study reports on the positive- and negative- emotions of a sample of US residents. The differences between four defined affective profiles suggested that promoting positive emotions can positively influence a depressive-to-happy, as well as increasing life satisfaction.
