Northern Galápagos Islands is home to the world’s largest shark biomass
Researchers from the Charles Darwin Research Station and the National Geographic Society have shown that the northern Galápagos islands of Darwin and Wolf are home to the largest shark biomass reported to date (12.4 tons per hectare).
I told my colleagues that PeerJ is a journal where they need to publish if they want their paper to be published quickly and with the strict peer review expected from a good journal.
