A PeerJ Life and Environment Special Issue highlighting the latest research into the anthropogenic impact on microbe-host diversity in the Global South.
This Special Issue invites submissions of research articles and literature reviews on the anthropogenic impact on microbe-host diversity, with a particular focus on the “Global South”. We hope that through this Special Issue, we will achieve a greater understanding of how the interplay between host and microbiome is changing within sites of high diversity in the Anthropocene.
