Summary

I am happy to introduce myself as a researcher in Computational Biology. I have carried out my doctoral studies under the supervision of Dr. S. Selvaraj, Bharathidasan University, where I made intensive computations on protein sequences and structures. Further, I have undergone Post-Doctoral training with Dr. S. Krishnaswamy at Centre of Excellence in Bioinformatics, Madurai Kamaraj University and with Dr. P. Karthe at Department of Crystallography & Biophysics, University of Madras, in the area of Structural Bioinformatics. At present, I am working as a Post Doctoral Fellow with Dr. Yanjie Wei's Computational Biology & Bioinformatics group at Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenzhen, China.
