Dr. Dharma Manandhar is the President and Executive Director of MIRA. He was Prof. and Head of the Dept. of Pediatrics, Kathmandu Medical College. MIRA is involved in hospital and large community based studies on maternal and neonatal health. Founder President of Perinatal Society of Nepal and Past President of Nepal Pediatric Society and a Fellow of several professional bodies in Nepal, India and UK and he is actively involved with WHO. He has received several prestigious national awards.
