My specific area of interest is related to detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTb), sepsis causing pathogens including fungal, bacterial, select-agent tier1 pathogens and hemorrhagic viruses. I have expertise in developing highly sensitive PCR based diagnostics for bacteremia and sepsis.
