Summary

Since more than twenty-five years my research activities are linked with electron microscopy. I built up experience in the sample preparation of cells and tissues, inclusively of state-of-the-art cryofixation- and processing techniques. My interest is focused on the cellular ultrastructure in its relation to function, molecular and biophysical interactions.
