Summary

Hugo Lazcano carried out studies of electronics engineer at the Metropolitan University in Mexico City. He carried out his doctoral work at the National University of Mexico (UNAM). He did a post-doctoral research in electric instrumentation at Cinvestav - Mérida (Mexico) and after, in integrated optics at CIO-León (Mexico). He is a "Catedras CONACYT" fellow since 2016, working at “El Colegio de la Frontera Sur” (ECOSUR), at the ground satellite station named ERIS Chetumal. Currently works in applications of satellite remote sensing and data science.
