Geology, Vertebrate Paleontology, Functional Morphology, Surface scanning, CT segmentation, Geometric Morphometrics, Morphometric Analysis, Linear morphometry, Phylogeny, Biomechanics, Finite Element Analysis.
Vast experience with 3D data, I already scanned extant and extinct specimens with 4 different surface scanners (Creaform Handyscan 300, Artec EVA, Artec Spider, NextEngine laserscan) and have basic knowledge in photogrammetry and CT segmentation.
Software I am familiar with include MeshLab, Geomagic, R Studio, Blender, GOM Inspect, Landmark editor, Stratovan CheckPoint, Avizo, 3D Slicer, Strand7.
