Ph.D. in the field of Life sciences (Plant Biotechnology);developed a broad vision and perspective on various research aspects; Cryopreservation, In vitro micropropagation, Morphological, Biochemical, Physiological and Molecular characterisation of medicinal, horticultural and other seed crops including seed testing and seed vigour evaluation, seed enhancement, uniformity in seed testing, seed production technology of varieties/hybrids, seed supply system, characterization of crop cultivars using morphological, biochemical and computer based machine vision technology, molecular techniques and have sound understanding of issues related with Plant Varity Protection and DUS Testing. Published 100 publications which mainly includes; 88 peer reviewed research papers (60 between 6-10 NAAS rating), three review paper, 02 full length papers in proceedings, 07 technical articles, 16 popular articles (in Hindi), authored 02 books and 07 book chapters, 2 E-publication and 05 Extension folders and a practical manual.
