Jerzy Nowak

Summary

Jerzy Nowak is a professor emeritus in the Department of Horticulture Virginia Tech. He has over 35 years of research/teaching and 20 years of administrative experience. Dr. Nowak’s research focuses on development of low-input cropping systems based on harnessing benefits of plant-microbial associations, combined with precision management of inputs. He published over 100 refereed journal papers, and successfully supervised 24 graduate students.
