Edy S de Brito
Hás a BSc in Industrial Chemistry (Universidade Federal de Sergipe - 1989), MSc in Food Science and Tchnology (Universidade Federal da Paraíba - 1993), Ph.D. in Food Technology (Universidade Estadual de Campinas - 2000) and Post-doc (USDA - 2006). Currently is a researcher at Embrapa Agroindústria Tropical. My research is focused on chemical changes during fruit processing and bioactive compounds analysis (LC-MS and NMR).
