Dr. Xiangjie Kong is currently a Full Professor in the College of Computer Science & Technology, Zhejiang University of Technology (ZJUT), China. Previously, he was an Associate Professor in School of Software, Dalian University of Technology (DUT), China, where he was the Head of the Department of Cyber Engineering. He is the Founding Director of City Science of Social Computing Lab (The CSSC Lab) (http://cssclab.cn/). He is/was on the Editorial Boards of 6 International journals. He has served as the General Co-Chair, Workshop Chair, Publicity Chair or Program Committee Member of over 30 conferences. Dr. Kong has authored/co-authored over 140 scientific papers in international journals and conferences including IEEE TKDE, ACM TKDD, IEEE TNSE, IEEE TII, IEEE TITS, IEEE NETW, IEEE COMMUN MAG, IEEE TVT, IEEE IOJ, IEEE TSMC, IEEE TETC, IEEE TASE, IEEE TCSS, WWWJ, etc.. 5 of his papers is selected as ESI- Hot Paper (Top 1‰), and 16 papers are ESI-Highly Cited Papers (Top 1%). His research has been reported by Nature Index and other medias. He has been invited as Reviewer for numerous prestigious journals including IEEE TKDE, IEEE TMC, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TNSE, IEEE TII, IEEE IOTJ, IEEE COMMUN MAG, IEEE NETW, IEEE TITS, TCJ, JASIST, etc.. Dr. Kong has authored/co-authored three books (in Chinese). He has contributed to the development of 14 copyrighted software systems and 20 filed patents. He has an h-index of 36 and i10-index of 87, and a total of more than 4200 citations to his work according to Google Scholar. He is named in the2019 and 2020 world’s top 2% of Scientists List published by Stanford University. Dr. Kong received IEEE Vehicular Technology Society 2020 Best Land Transportation Paper Award, and The Natural Science Fund of Zhejiang Province for Distinguished Young Scholars. He has been invited as Keynote Speaker at 2 international conferences, and delivered a number of Invited Talks at international conferences and many universities worldwide. His research interests include big data, network science, and computational social science. He is a Distinguished Member of CCF, a Senior Member of IEEE, a Full Member of Sigma Xi, and a Member of ACM.
Ee-Peng Lim
Ee-Peng Lim received Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis in 1994 and B.Sc. in Computer Science from National University of Singapore. His research interests include social network and web mining, information integration, and digital libraries. He is currently an Associate Editor of the ACM Transactions on Information Systems, ACM Transactions on the Web, IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering.
Ana G Maguitman
Ana Gabriela Maguitman is a Researcher at the National Council for Science and Technology (CONICET) of Argentina and an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the Universidad Nacional del Sur (Argentina). She obtained her PhD in Computer Science at Indiana University (USA). Robert H McDonald
Robert H. McDonald is Dean of University Libraries and Professor of Library Administration. He is responsible for leading the Boulder campus library system in fulfilling their mission to inspire learning, research, and discovery by connecting knowledge, information, and people.
His expertise and interests include teaching and learning technologies that enable libraries to better support researchers at all levels, open source software development, scholarly communications, and new model publishing. Robert has also been an active proponent of diversity initiatives in libraries throughout his career and is committed to creating library spaces that are welcoming, diverse and inclusive for all of our Library users.

Dr. Maria Navarro-Caceres is an Associate Professor and Computer Scientist at the University of Salamanca.
She is interested in ML and DL proposals, and also in the application of computing technologies to artistic and musical perspectives.
Gabriella Pasi
Gabriella Pasi is Full Professor at the University of Milano Bicocca, Italy, where she leads the Information Retrieval research Lab within the Department of Informatics, Systems and Communication. Her research activity mainly addresses the definition of models and techniques for a personalized access to information (in particular related to the tasks of information Retrieval and Filtering). She is also working on the analysis of user generated content in social media.
Silvio Peroni
I hold a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Classical Philology and Italian Studies, University of Bologna, where I teach 'Basic Informatics' and 'Computational Thinking and Programming'.
I am an expert in document markup and semantic descriptions of bibliographic entities using OWL ontologies. I am one of the main developers of the SPAR (Semantic Publishing and Referencing) Ontologies, Co-Director of OpenCitations, and founding member of the Initiative for Open Citations (I4OC).
I am an Editorial Board member of Data Science, PeerJ Computer Science, and I am member of the Digital Humanities Advanced Research Centre (/DH.arc), part of the Advisory Board of DBLP and Qeios, Ambassador of Figshare and PeerJ, and member of the Association for Computing Machinery, of the International Society for Scientometrics and Informetrics, and of the Associazione per l’Informatica Umanistica e la Cultura Digitale.
Among my research interests are Semantic Web technologies, markup languages for complex documents, design patterns for digital documents and ontology modelling, and automatic processes of analysis and segmentation of documents. In particular, my recent works concern the empirical analysis of the nature of scholarly citations, bibliometrics and scientometrics studies, visualisation and browsing interfaces for semantic data, and the development of ontologies to manage, integrate and query bibliographic information.
Eduardo Rosa-Molinar
Eduardo Rosa-Molinar, Ph.D. is the Director of Microscopy and Analytical Imaging [RRID:SCR_021801] and a tenured Professor of Pharmacology, Toxicology, Neuroscience, and Bioengineering. Until June 2015, he was a tenured Professor of Integrative Anatomy and Neurobiology, University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras, San Juan Puerto Rico.
He holds the lifetime distinction of Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). He also holds memberships and fellowships in numerous societies and serves or served in various leadership positions, committees, and boards, including Society for Integrative Biology, Histochemical Society, Royal Microscopical Society, Optical Society, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Society for Neuroscience, Association of Biomolecular Resources Facilities, American Society of Cell Biology, BioImaging North America, and the Federation of American Societies of Experimental Biology. He also serves or served as editor, associate editor, and or as an editorial board member for "Frontiers in Molecular Neuroscience", “IEEE Access”, “PEERJ Computer Science”, Biotechnic and Histochemistry”, "Integrative and Comparative Biology", and “Journal of Experimental Zoology Part B: Molecular and Developmental Evolution.
Fabrizio Sebastiani
Fabrizio Sebastiani is a Senior Researcher at the Institute for the Science and Technologies of Information of the National Council of Research (ISTI-CNR), Italy. He has also been a Principal Scientist at the Qatar Computing Research Institute, and an Associate Professor at the Department of Pure and Applied Mathematics of the University of Padova. His research interests lie at the intersection of information retrieval and machine learning, with particular emphasis on text mining, text classification, information extraction, opinion mining, quantification, and their applications in fields such as medical informatics, market research, and customer relationships management. Kaize Shi
Kaize Shi received his PhDs in computer science and technology from the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China in 2022; in computer systems from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), NSW, Australia in 2023. Now he is a Research Fellow at UTS.
His research interests include opinion mining in social media, emergency management, meteorological knowledge service, and artificial intelligence.
He serves as an editor for WCMC and PeerJ Computer Science, a guest editor for IJDSN and WCMC, and a reviewer for IEEE TITS, IEEE TCSS, IEEE IoTJ, etc. He also serves as a program committee member of SIGKDD, ACL, etc. He is a member of the IEEE SMC Society and the Artificial Intelligence Technical Committee of the China Meteorological Service Association.
