Sedat Akleylek
Sedat Akleylek received the B.Sc. degree in Mathematics majored in Computer Science from Ege University in 2004 in Izmir, Turkey, M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Cryptography from Middle East Technical University in 2008 and 2010, in Ankara, Turkey, respectively. He was a post-doctoral researcher at Cryptography and Computer Algebra Group, TU Darmstadt, Germany between 2014-2015. He was employed as a professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, Ondokuz Mayis University, Samsun, Türkiye. He has been a professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, Istinye University, Istanbul, Türkiye. Now, he is a member of Chair of Security and Theoretical Computer Science, University of Tartu, Tartu, Estonia. He is a member of the editorial board of IEEE Access, Turkish Journal of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, Peerj Computer Science, and International Journal of Information Security Science. He is co-chair of IEEE Turkey Blockchain Group. His research interests include the areas of post-quantum cryptography, algorithms and complexity, architectures for computations in finite fields, blockchain, applied cryptography for cyber security, malware analysis, IoT and fog computing. He has published more than 100 research papers in international journals, conference proceedings, book chapters and has solved several real-world security and data analytics problems for the industry.
Jinde Cao
Jinde Cao (Fellow, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from Anhui Normal University, Wuhu, China, the M.S. degree from Yunnan University, Kunming, China, and the Ph.D. degree from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, all in mathematics/applied mathematics, in 1986, 1989, and 1998, respectively. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Automation and Computer-Aided Engineering, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, from 2001 to 2002.
Professor Cao an Endowed Chair Professor, the Dean of the School of Mathematics and the Director of the Research Center for Complex Systems and Network Sciences at Southeast University (SEU). He is also the Director of the National Center for Applied Mathematics at SEU-Jiangsu of China and the Director of the Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Networked Collective Intelligence of China. Prof. Cao was a recipient of the National Innovation Award of China, Obada Prize and the Highly Cited Researcher Award in Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics by Clarivate Analytics. He is elected as a member of Russian Academy of Sciences, a member of the Academy of Europe, a member of Russian Academy of Engineering, a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, a member of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, a fellow of African Academy of Sciences, and a fellow of Pakistan Academy of Sciences.
Aswani Kumar Cherukuri
Dr. Aswani Kumar Cherukuri is a Professor at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), India. His research interests include information security and machine learning. Aswani Kumar earned the Young Scientist Fellowship from Tamilnadu State Council for Science and Technology and was awarded the Inspiring Teacher Award from The Indian Express (India’s leading English daily newspaper). He has worked on various research projects funded by the Government of India’s Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Atomic Energy, and the Ministry of Human Resources Development. Aswani Kumar has published more than 150 refereed research articles in various national/international journals and conferences and is an editorial board member for several international journals. He is a Senior Member and distinguished speaker of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and Vice-Chair of the IEEE Taskforce on Educational Data Mining. Aswani Kumar earned a PhD in informational retrieval, data mining, and soft-computing techniques from VIT.

Author of ten books, most recent Great Principles of Computing (MIT Press 2015). Author of over four hundred scientific papers and articles.
Natalia Kryvinska
Prof. Natalia Kryvinska is a Full Professor and a Head of the Information Systems Department, at the Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. Previously, she served as a University Lecturer and a Senior Researcher at the eBusiness Department, University of Vienna's School of Business Economics and Statistics.
She received her Ph.D. in Electrical & IT Engineering from the Vienna University of Technology in Austria, and a Docent title (Habilitation) in Management Information Systems, from the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. She obtained her Professor title and was appointed for the professorship by the President of the Slovak Republic.
Her research interests include Complex Service Systems Engineering, Service Analytics, and Applied Mathematics.
Leandros Maglaras
Dr. Leandros A. Maglaras is a professor of cybersecurity in the School of Computing at Edinburgh Napier University. From September 2017 to November 2019, he was the Director of the National Cyber Security Authority of Greece. He obtained a B.Sc. (M.Sc. equivalent) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece in 1998, M.Sc. in Industrial Production and Management from the University of Thessaly in 2004, and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Thessaly, in 2008 and 2014 respectively. In 2018 he was awarded a Ph.D. in Intrusion Detection in SCADA systems from the University of Huddersfield He is featured in Stanford University's list of the world’s Top 2% scientists. He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and is an author of more than 200 papers in scientific magazines and conferences

He is currently working in Graduate School, Duy Tan University, Da Nang, Vietnam. A Certified Professional with 75+ Professional certificates from CISCO, Microsoft, Oracle, Google, Beingcert, EXIN, GAQM, Cyberoam and many more. Dr. Nayyar has published more than 350 Research Papers in various National & International Conferences, International Journals (Scopus/SCI/SCIE/SSCI Indexed) with a high Impact Factor. Rowayda A. Sadek
Prof Rowayda A. Sadek is Professor of Network Engineering, Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt. She received her Ph.D. in Communication and Electronics, and Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, Egypt. Prof. Sadek is the founder and the Director of the Hub of Creativity and Scientific Research, Helwan University. She is URSI senior member and also the General Secretary, URSI – Egypt, IEEE member. Her research interest focuses on Network Engineering, Network Security, Wireless and Mobile Networking and Communication, Multimedia (signal, image, speech, video) Processing, Cloud Computing and the Internet of Things.
Kübra Seyhan
Kübra Seyhan received the B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from Karadeniz Technical University, in 2016, Trabzon, Turkey, M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from Ondokuz Mayıs University in 2020, and Ph.D. degree in Computational Sciences from Ondokuz Mayıs University in 2024, in Samsun, Turkey.
She is currently employed as a research assistant at the Department of Computer Engineering, Ondokuz Mayis University, Samsun, Turkey since 2018. She worked as a short-term research assistant at the Chair of Security and Theoretical Computer Science, University of Tartu between March, 1, 2023 and August 31, 2023, in Tartu, Estonia.
Her research interests are in the areas of cryptography, post-quantum cryptography, algorithms, IoT security, and cyber security.
Mukesh Singhal
Mukesh Singhal is a Chancellor's Professor and Chairman of the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California, Merced. He received a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, in May 1986. His current research interests include distributed and Cloud computing, mobile computing, cyber-security, Internet of Things, and computer networks. He has published over 240 refereed articles in these areas. He is a Fellow of IEEE (since 2001).
Lo'ai Tawalbeh
Dr Lo’ai Tawalbeh (IEEE SM) completed his PhD degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Oregon State University in 2004, and MSc in 2002 from the same university with GPA 4/4. Dr. Tawalbeh is currently an Associate professor at the department of Computing and Cyber Security at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. Before that he was a visiting researcher at University of California-Santa Barbra. Since 2005 he taught/developed more than 25 courses in different disciplines of computer engineering and science with focus on cyber security for the undergraduate/graduate programs at: NewYork Institute of Technology (NYIT), DePaul’s University, and Jordan University of Science and Technology. Dr. Tawalbeh won many research grants and awards with over than 2 Million USD. He has over 80 research publications in refereed international Journals and conferences.
