Xingfeng Si


Xingfeng is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the College of Life Sciences, Zhejiang University. He gained his PhD degree in ecology from Zhejiang University in September 2014. He was a visiting student in The Pimm Group at the Nicholas School of the Environment, Duke University in 2012–2013. His research interests include the effects of habitat fragmentation on species distributions of animals on land-bridge islands, impacts of farmland abandonment on bird community, and biodiversity monitoring using camera traps. Broadly, he is interested in island biogeography, community ecology, conservation biology and ornithology. See more details in his website:
