Adnan Mohsin Abdulazeez is a distinguished academic and accomplished administrator with extensive expertise in electrical and computer engineering. He received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1993 from the University of Technology, Baghdad, followed by an M.Sc. degree in Computer and Control Engineering in 1998 from the same University. In 2007, he earned his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mosul.
Dr. Abdulazeez has been a Professor of Computer Engineering and Science since 2013 and served as the President of Duhok Polytechnic University from 2013 to 2021. Before, he held several key leadership roles, including Dean of Duhok Technical Institute and head of multiple scientific departments and committees across public and private universities in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
Throughout his career, Dr. Abdulazeez has demonstrated an exceptional ability to integrate academic and administrative responsibilities. He has supervised numerous M.Sc. and Ph.D. students, contributing significantly to the development of future researchers and professionals.
