Summary

Translational investigator interest in drug development. Preclinical models of metastases. Testing and validation of blood and tissue biomarkers that can serve the purpose of therapeutic monitoring or companion diagnostics particularly with regards to CTCs in the peripheral blood of patients with MBC. He is currently evaluating genomic abnormalities in metastatic disease and CTCs to further expand the possibilities of molecular monitoring of personalized therapies.
