BA, MSc (Queen’s University, Kingston, ON); PhD (University of Manchester, UK); post-doctoral training (Ontario Cancer Institute, Toronto). On the faculty of the BC Cancer Agency and University of BC since 1973. Co-founded the Terry Fox Laboratory, BCCA in 1981, was Director from 2007-2010 and VP Research, BCCA from 2008-2011. Has published >400 papers, mentored >80 grad students and PDFs and holds numerous awards and positions on editorial boards and several foundations.
