He is now working as professor and coordinator of Wound Healing and Oral diagnostics Research group in Sharjah Institute of Medical Research, University of Sharjah, Sharjah/UAE ..Al-Rawi is researcher; he supervised many postgraduate students, he published more than 100 manuscripts in different high impact international journals. His research interest is in salivomics and oral cancer molecular diagnosis.
