Summary


Murat KOKLU was born in 1979 in Konya, Turkey. He began his undergraduate studies at Selçuk University, graduating in 2002 with a degree in Computer Systems Education. In 2019, he obtained a second bachelor's degree from the Computer Engineering Department of Selçuk University’s Faculty of Technology. In 2023, he completed his third bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering at Celal Bayar University’s Hasan Ferdi Turgutlu Faculty of Technology. KOKLU began his academic career by completing a master’s degree in the Electronic and Computer Systems Department at the Institute of Science at Selçuk University, graduating from this program in 2005. He obtained his PhD in 2014 from the Department of Computer Engineering at Selçuk University. Currently, he is pursuing a second PhD in the Agricultural Machinery and Technologies Department at the Institute of Science at Selçuk University. KOKLU has made significant academic contributions, with 91 international articles published in reputable journals, 95 presentations at international conferences and symposiums, and authorship of 4 book chapters. He has actively participated in a total of 15 projects. He is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Computer Engineering Department at Selçuk University. KOKLU's research interests span a wide range of areas, with a primary focus on image processing, data mining, and artificial intelligence (AI).
