Summary

My research interests include the following topics:
1. Molecular markers development from public sequences, e.g. SCAR and CAPS markers developed in soybean, and EST-SSR, EST-SNP identified in wheat.
2. Genome selection in crop genetic breeding, for example, development genome selection model based artificial neural network to deal with few markers.
3. Analysis of high-throughput sequencing DNA and RNA data, for example, 454 sequencing data in soybean.
