Summary

My research is focused on modelling soil organic carbon in space and time. I use geostatistical and digital soil mapping techniques to predict soil carbon across landscapes and quantity the uncertainties associated with predictions. Furthermore, to see how carbon change temporally with changes in land use / land cover, management practices, climate change etc I use mechanistic models / process models of soil carbon.
In addition, I'm also interested in ecological niche modelling.
