Prof. Dr. Sabry M. El-Bahr received his Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry with Dr. R. Palme, Dr. E. Mostle and Dr.Dr. E. Bamberg at Vienna University of Veterinary Medicine (2004). He joined the University of Alexandria as a member of the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. His primary field is Clinical Biochemistry and molecular biology with research emphasis on stress hormones, chemistry and gene expression of oxidative stress Biomarkers, Cytokines, Acute phase proteins, gene expression of heat shock proteins and factors, protective effect of medicinal plants, fish biochemistry, reproductive biochemistry, Biochemical parasitology, Protein separation and characterization and enzyme kinetics.
