For eg the V600E BRAF mutation is present in different melanoma and colon cell lines. The same drug will have a different efficacy in different cell line harbouring the same mutation, because the mutated protein is in a different cellular mileu. So does this imply that wet experiments have to be performed first in different cell lines as well in a reductionist context for eg coexpressing V600E BRA...
