Are the rest of the referred material, such as the femur, tibia, radius, and ulna, still referable to dromaeosauridae? It seems so, at least to me.

The ulna was described as having a row of ulnar pappilae, and the femur resembles that of Mahakala. Based on this, can the appendicular material still be referred to Dromaeosauridae with certainty?
