There are some samples for the combined samples at 1 and 10 copies/ul that show Cq values matching the 100 copies/ul, could that be actual eDNA?

In the additional runs, were there any standards besides the eDNA samples tested in combination with the standards? Can the comparison between Cq be done with standards from the sample plate?
