Who's responsibility is it to follow up I wonder? Treatment facility that is unaware of them or testing facility that referred them to care?

Culturally appropriate programs targeting men so they can access HIV testing and follow up care might be merited in the community. Community might also benefit from work training programs that help grow small businesses so they are financially comfortable and able to travel to the clinic for regular care.

There are many young people especially those in the 25-35 age range and those who are illiterate. Additionally, 65% of persons sought testing due to symptoms. I think the community might benefit from educational programs that teach about the disease, promote safer sex, provide culturally appropriate barrier methods (e.g., condoms). Regular free testing drives at local popular sites (e.g., market)...

I am curious what is the CD4 count range at the time of measurement 2-3 months after a positive HIV test? Do these cited studies provide a range?
