I am an undergrad at Wake Forest working in Dr. Gloria Muday's lab, and I am trying to use peroxy orange 1 to monitor H2O2 in my experiments. This is the best article I have found as far as using PO1 in Arabidopsis and am hoping to use a very similar methods.
